As an independent testing laboratory, HVTL delivers precise, reliable, and industry-compliant testing solutions for the electrical and power sectors.

HVTL’s highly skilled professionals ensure technical excellence, quality assurance, and compliance with international standards. All testing equipment undergoes regular calibration and maintenance to maintain accuracy and reliability.

Accredited under MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by the Department of Standards Malaysia, HVTL upholds the highest standards of laboratory competence and integrity. Its ILAC-MRA certification further ensures global recognition of test results, supporting international trade and regulatory compliance.
